Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 4050 (the "Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 4050 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the Terms outlined in this document.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility

To use 4050 services fully, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed to have only one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a serious violation and may result in suspension of all related accounts.

You are fully responsible for safeguarding your password and account login information. 4050 recommends you:

Notify the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4050 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence in protecting account information.

Platform Usage Rules to Comply With

By using the 4050 platform, you agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities against the platform's integrity. Specifically, users are prohibited from:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to access or manipulate the platform.
Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to third parties.
Engaging in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or falsification of information during registration or transactions.
Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain unlawful advantage.
Disrupting the platform’s operation or other users in any way.
Using the platform for any purposes that violate applicable Malaysian laws.

4050 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate actions including account suspension, closure, and freezing balances if necessary.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4050 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You can make deposits using available payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Malaysian e-wallets, and other options displayed in your account panel.

Deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes depending on the chosen method. For withdrawals, you may need to complete identity verification if requested, and processing is typically completed within the working hours stated in your withdrawal panel.

Account Suspension and Closure

4050 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time with or without prior notice under the following conditions: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, authority requests, or if false information is provided during registration. In the event of a valid account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting ineligible bonuses) will be refunded through an appropriate method.
